MBCT groups provide support for learning meditation or renewing commitment to mindfulness practices to prevent recurrence of depression. This group will be a closed group, meaning the members must register in advance and complete a mandatory orientation before September 10th. The orientation schedule will be provided after registration.
If you are experiencing serious symptoms of depression or anxiety, please consider taking this group at another time. You are always welcome to call me if you have any questions before registering for the group.
