Breaking the Cycles of Anxiety and Depression: A Mindfulness-Based Approach to Prevent Recurrence

Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, (MBCT), has been shown to be an effective way to break the cycle of recurring depression and anxiety. MBCT group sessions and homework assignments can help you make a radical shift in your relationship to the thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations that contribute to emotional instabiility.
