Individual therapy generally consists of weekly 5o nimute sessions between you and a trained therapist. I treat a variety of problems including: depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship problems, attention deficit disorders, and recovery from addictions. Therapy can be an important tool in awakening and realizing our strengths. When focus is given to the whole person, problems become more manageable and people begin to value themselves and view their problems with more understanding and acceptance. I bring over 20 years of experience to my work with clients and an awareness of the process of change possible for most problems.
