About
Group Therapy
Group therapy is a unique form of psychotherapy in which a small number
of people meet together with a trained therapist. Groups can have
multiple benefits for every member including; decreased isolation,
improved coping skills, and reduced stress. In group therapy, members
learn that they are not alone in experiencing problems. They can see
and understand new ways of viewing psychological issues and how to
better interact with others. Please visit the groups pages to see what
groups are currently forming.
